The nearest airport is located in Gorna Oryahovitsa, 7 km. north of Veliko Turnovo.

 

By train
This page will show you the schedule of the international trains arriving in Bulgaria , no matter which station you're going to use. Most of the trains usually arrives in Sofia.
In the city there is a Train station. An International trains on the line Istanbul - Bucharest Budapest and Kishinev are passing through. You can use also Gorna Oryahovitsa's train station, which is a very important rail link, located at only 7 km. north of the city. Buses and taxies are connected both towns.
